These Terms of Service govern your use of Auto VIN Trace and any vehicle history report or related service offered through this website.

By using this website or purchasing a report, you agree to these Terms.

1. Vehicle History Reports

Auto VIN Trace provides vehicle-history information based on the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) submitted by the customer.

Information contained in a report may come from third-party data sources and may include, depending on availability, vehicle specifications, title records, reported accidents or damage, salvage or rebuilt records, odometer records, theft records, auction information, and other vehicle-history information.

2. Data Availability and Accuracy

Vehicle-history databases may not contain every event associated with a vehicle. Records may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, inaccurate, or not reported to the relevant data sources.

Auto VIN Trace does not guarantee that a report contains the complete history of a vehicle or that every record is error-free.

3. Not a Vehicle Inspection

A vehicle history report is an informational tool and is not a substitute for a physical vehicle inspection.

Before purchasing a used vehicle, customers should consider inspecting the vehicle, reviewing available maintenance records, confirming ownership and title information where appropriate, and obtaining an independent professional inspection.

4. Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for submitting the correct VIN. Standard VINs generally contain 17 characters.

Please verify the VIN carefully before submitting an order. Information returned will be based on the VIN provided.

5. No Purchase Recommendation

Auto VIN Trace provides information to assist with research. A report does not constitute a recommendation, certification, appraisal, warranty, or guarantee that a vehicle should or should not be purchased.

The final decision regarding any vehicle transaction remains the responsibility of the buyer or seller.

6. Payments

Payments may be processed by PayPal or another payment provider displayed at checkout.

Use of a third-party payment provider may also be subject to that provider's applicable terms and policies.

7. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy published on this website.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Auto VIN Trace for unlawful purposes, to interfere with operation of the website, to attempt unauthorized access to systems or data, or to misuse information obtained through the service.

10. Limitation of Liability
